About the Role
As an R&D Product Development Specifications Manager, you will be responsible for managing product and process specifications, collaborating with various teams on new item innovation projects, and ensuring specifications meet process capabilities. You will also hire and train R&D staff, coordinate projects, and support quality assurance and manufacturing functions.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or another science major.
- Five to ten years of experience in the food industry working in R&D, Regulatory, and/or Quality Control.
Preferred:
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Food Science, Food Technology, or other science majors.
- Experience in food or pharmaceutical product development.
- Experience with Product Vision and Minitab software.
