- A bachelor’s degree in paper science, polymer science, or a related technical field of study.
- 3+ years of experience in paper or coating operations and/or product development.
- Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects within cross-functional teams.
- Effective communication skills with internal teams and external customers.
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.
- Saturation application or formulation experience.
- Desire to advance towards people and team management.
