About You
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of proven experience with advanced semiconductor processes and devices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Specific skills in III-V device physics and processing.
- Knowledge of high-frequency transistor design and performance (HBT, HEMT).
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE).
