About the Role

As an R&D Senior Technician, you will apply engineering statistics tools to optimize manufacturing processes, analyze test data, and contribute to product test reports. You will serve as a technical lead, support engineers in developing work instructions, and ensure compliance with calibration and maintenance standards. Additionally, you will create engineering drawings, partner with Process Engineers on manufacturing processes for medical devices, and build quality into all aspects of your work.

About You

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of related work experience.

Preferred:

Two-year Technical Degree (AA, Certificate) or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
Technical work experience in medical device development.
Experience creating preliminary equipment layouts, prototype drawings, and engineering specifications.
Bench fixturing and tooling design experience.
