About the Role
As a Radiation Therapist, you will work under general supervision to position patients accurately and deliver the prescribed radiation dose corresponding with the designated treatment volume. You will maintain efficient patient flow, assist with patient care by assessing potential side effects or psychosocial needs, and collaborate with other departments and physicians. You will also support and adhere to the Oklahoma Cancer Specialists and Research Institute Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited radiation therapy technology program.
- Current ARRT certification or registry eligible.
- CPR certification required.
Preferred:
- A minimum of one to two years’ experience working in radiation therapy.
- Great interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- Professionalism displayed through sound judgement, initiative, and flexibility.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
