About the Role
As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for conducting a variety of diagnostic radiographic procedures, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining high-quality imaging standards. You will work under the supervision of the Lead Tech or Supervisor, and your duties will include obtaining patient information, documenting procedures accurately, and applying ALARA principles to minimize radiation exposure. Flexibility to work overtime and participate in on-call rotations is required.
About You
Required:
- Graduation from a two-year AMA accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
- Registered by the ARRT or registry eligible, and licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ Department of Public Health in Radiography.
- Certified in basic life support (BLS).
- Proficiency in the use of Radiologic equipment.
Preferred:
- Completion of a clinical internship in a hospital setting.
- 6 months of experience in a similar role.
