About the Role
As a Radiologic Technologist, you will work closely with Radiology leadership and Radiologists to operate diagnostic imaging equipment, prepare patients for procedures, and ensure the highest quality of diagnostic images. You will also monitor patients' conditions, document procedures, and maintain quality control of imaging equipment.
About You
Required:
- Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program and registered as a Radiographer by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Good working knowledge of anatomy and principles of physics and electricity.
Preferred:
- One year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
- Knowledge of methods to obtain clearly defined films and reduce patient radiation dose (ALARA).
