About the Role
As a Radiology Tech, you will be responsible for positioning patients and performing imaging procedures, analyzing results, and resolving any quality issues. You will also review patient history, educate patients about procedures, prepare and administer contrast media, monitor patient conditions, and ensure equipment safety and quality control.
About You
Required:
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent education and experience.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (R) Radiography certification required within 12 months of hire.
- CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
- Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
- Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate.
- Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
Preferred:
- Prior radiology experience.
