About the Role

As a Radiology Technologist, you will assess physician orders for radiological examinations, evaluate patient needs, educate patients about procedures, and perform diagnostic imaging using radiographic equipment. You will also maintain medical records, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and participate in quality management initiatives.

About You

Required:

Graduation from an accredited Radiography program.
Certification in Radiography by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.
Active license with Illinois Emergency Management Administration.
CPR - Basic Life Support certification.
Associates Degree in Applied Science, Radiography or Certificate of Completion from a Radiography Program.

Preferred:

Three to five years of experience in Radiography at a healthcare institution.
Extensive computer knowledge.
Experience with clinical research.
Familiarity with radiation safety and related procedures.
