Summary

ABA360 is seeking an ABA Therapist to join their team in Woodbridge Township, NJ. The role involves providing one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism, helping them achieve their full potential.

About the Role

As an ABA Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior in clients. You will work closely with families and other providers to enhance treatment effectiveness, record session data accurately, and foster a positive learning environment. This position is ideal for those looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with Autism.

About You

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
Reliable method of transportation.

Preferred:

Experience in education or early childhood development.
Background in childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship.
Experience as a teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide.
Involvement in after-school programs or camp counseling.
Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or social services.
Familiarity with ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism.
Healthcare support experience (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver).
Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one.
