About You
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a railroad track inspector, MOW Foreman, or MOW Supervisor.
- High School Diploma required.
- Proficiency in digital technology with the ability to use a tablet and/or laptop computer.
- Competent in using a tape measure, level board, stringline, taper/step gauge, and straightedge.
- Experience in monitoring multiple work sites and allocating time efficiently.
- Ability to lead safety meetings and job site safety briefings.
- Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Experience in coordinating project tasks with parties of conflicting interests.
