About the Role
As a Designer, you will oversee all aspects of the design cycle from initial garment ideation through bulk fittings. You will also choose development directions for fabrication and graphics, finalize prints, and partner with technical teams on garment fits and adjustments.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or related field.
- Experience designing women's sportswear, knits, performance knits, activewear.
- Proficient in hand sketching, illustration, and CAD.
Preferred:
- Proven ability to lead a team to create a design offering aligned with commercial merchandising strategy.
