Bluu, Inc. is seeking a full-time Equipment Coordinator to join their team in Hackensack, NJ. The role involves managing data entry and communication with business partners to ensure accurate processing of equipment applications.
About the Role
As an Equipment Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and entering data into ERP and CRM systems, communicating with partners to resolve application issues, maintaining merchant records, and ensuring billing accuracy. You will also prepare monthly reports and perform various routine tasks while maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and sales representatives.
About You
Required:
Team-oriented individual with a willingness to learn and assist merchants and team members.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Strong attention to detail with consistent output and follow-through.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
Ability to multitask.
