About the Role
As a Ratings Advisory Associate, you will interact with internal teams and clients on Ratings Advisory projects, act as a go-to for clients on rating agency criteria, and perform capital and financial modeling. You will also conduct financial benchmarking analysis, provide insights into industry trends, and support the development of innovative tools while managing client deliverables.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or related major.
- 0-6 years’ experience in Reinsurance, Ratings Advisory, or Insurance Accounting.
Preferred:
- Experience with or knowledge of insurance financial strength ratings.
- Demonstrated successful track record of advising and/or consulting with clients.
- Excellent market research, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Excel.
