About the Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will be responsible for implementing client-specific behavioral intervention plans, using positive reinforcement strategies, collecting and recording data on client progress, collaborating with BCBAs and families, and providing services in various settings including home, school, and community.
About You
Required:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs; previous experience in ABA is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
