About the Role
As an RBT Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for providing 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities in home or community settings. Your daily tasks will include implementing treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst, tracking client progress, and facilitating the teaching of communication and social skills. You will also need to adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality regarding patient information.
About You
Required:
- Registered Behavioral Technician Certification.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Reliable transportation and insurance.
- Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
