About the Role
As an RCT Technician II, you will be responsible for conducting radiological surveys, monitoring radiological conditions, verifying the functionality of radiological instrumentation, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. You will work closely with scientists and engineers, participate in briefings, and maintain records of radiological activities. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures while working independently or as part of a team.
About You
Required:
- Associate degree in a field related to the position or High School diploma plus 2 years of progressive related experience.
- Basic knowledge of radiation protection principles.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment on a wide variety of tasks.
- Experience with radiological instrumentation and safety protocols.
- Self-motivated with the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
