About the Role
As a Real Estate Associate, you will work closely with experienced attorneys on high-value matters for a diverse client base, including developers and investment firms. Your responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating various real estate agreements, managing due diligence, and supporting transactions nationwide while ensuring clear and organized documentation.
About You
Required:
- 2-8 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
- Experience at a major law firm is strongly preferred.
- Admission to the State Bar of California.
- Excellent writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience representing Developers, Investment firms and advisors, Pension funds, or REITs.
- Experience with data center leasing.
- Ability to handle a broad mix of transactions and adapt quickly in an entrepreneurial team environment.
