- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the Ohio Bar.
- Minimum 3 years of commercial real estate law experience.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfortable handling the lifecycle of commercial real estate transactions.
- Experience with real estate financing and construction-related real estate matters.
- Proactive approach and ownership of work.
