- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Minimum of five to seven (5-7) years’ experience in a Real Estate and management function.
- Licensure as Real Estate Broker with the appropriate Real Estate Board.
- Membership in the State Association of Realtors.
- Membership in the Local Association of Realtors.
- Membership in the National Association of Realtors.
