As a Real Estate Capital Project Delivery Project Manager, you will manage all aspects of project management including scope definition, budget, schedule, procurement, quality, safety, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management. You will develop clear objectives and timelines, interact with various service lines and stakeholders, implement action plans, and oversee the preparation of reports. The position requires leading multi-disciplined real estate projects from requirements gathering through construction completion.

About You

Required:

3-5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in healthcare projects.
Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Architecture, or a related field.

Preferred:

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification.
Strong project management experience with a proven track record in construction projects.
