About the Role
As a Real Estate Investment Associate, you will support the full acquisitions lifecycle across US real estate investments. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and screening new investment opportunities, building detailed financial models, conducting due diligence, preparing investment memoranda, assisting with transaction execution, and monitoring pipeline activity. This role is 100% acquisitions-focused, ideal for candidates who enjoy sourcing, underwriting, and executing real estate transactions.
About You
Required:
- 2–5 years’ experience in real estate private equity, acquisitions, investment banking (real estate), or a similarly rigorous transaction-focused role.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple live transactions simultaneously.
- Willingness and ability to be based in Miami.
Preferred:
- Prior real estate acquisitions or underwriting experience.
- Commercial mindset with an interest in complex, opportunistic real estate strategies.
