About the Role
As a Real Estate Litigation Associate, you will manage litigation cases from inception to resolution, focusing on real estate disputes. You will work closely with clients and other attorneys to develop strategies, conduct legal research, and represent clients in court. Your role will also involve staying updated on relevant laws and regulations, particularly in California, to provide the best legal advice and representation.
About You
Required:
- 6-8+ years of litigation experience with a focus on real estate litigation.
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the State Bar of California.
- Strong knowledge of California code of civil procedure and evidence code.
- Ability to manage cases from inception to resolution with general supervision.
Preferred:
- Experience with business litigation.
- Demonstrated ability to independently identify issues and recommend strategies in litigation.
