About You
Required:
- 3-5 years of mortgage servicing experience, with 2 years in a management role.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to solve problems using resourcefulness and sound judgment.
Preferred:
- Extensive knowledge of credit union products and services.
- Understanding of Federal/State Lending regulations.
- Ability to travel to other branches as needed.
