About You
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture and/or equivalent experience.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in leading project management design and construction projects.
- Experience in facilitating project design and construction related meetings and presentations.
- Experience in developing conceptual project scope, schedules, and budgets.
- Experience with construction processes, building and life safety codes.
- Demonstrated success in delivery of major healthcare capital projects.
- Knowledge in health facility preconstruction services.
- Knowledge in equipment planning processes.
- Knowledge of effective problem solving, risk analysis, and contingency planning strategies.
- Lean Process Improvement.
- Change Management.
