Summary
CohnReznick is seeking a Manager for their Real Estate Valuation Advisory practice in Atlanta, GA. The role involves managing appraisal and advisory services for various real estate projects.
About the Role
As a Manager in the Valuation Advisory group, you will oversee outbound appraisals and fair value studies, manage client expectations, and lead engagements. You will also work closely with the Assurance Team to prepare documentation for assurance clients and ensure adherence to best practices in fair value measurements.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of related work experience in a consulting practice or audit firm.
- Certified General Appraiser License or MAI and/or CPA, CVA, CFA, ASA or other related valuation credentials.
- Strong technical background in appraisals and valuations for financial reporting.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Litigation experience.
- Strong leadership, recruitment, training, and mentoring skills.
- Proven business development experience.
