Summary
Withum is seeking a Real Estate Valuation Manager to join their Forensic and Valuation Services Group. This position can be based out of any US office location and requires a minimum of 6+ years of experience.
About the Role
As a Real Estate Valuation Manager, you will assist audit, tax, and advisory teams in developing scopes of work for real estate valuation engagements, analyze physical and financial characteristics of properties, perform site visits, research real estate markets, and conduct independent appraisals. You will also supervise junior staff, engage in business development, and represent the firm at industry events.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
- 6+ years of experience in real estate valuation or related field.
- Certified General Appraiser qualification.
Preferred:
- Advanced designations such as MAI, MRICS, CCIM, ASA, or AI-GRS.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Adobe; familiarity with Argus is a plus.
