Summary
Withum is seeking a Real Estate Valuation Manager to join their Forensic and Valuation Services Group. This position can be based out of any US office location and requires a minimum of 6+ years of experience.
About the Role
As a Real Estate Valuation Manager, you will assist audit, tax, and advisory teams in developing scopes for real estate valuation engagements, analyze property characteristics, perform site visits, research real estate markets, conduct independent appraisals, and manage business development and client relationships. You will also supervise junior staff and participate in industry events.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
- 6+ years of experience in real estate valuation or related field.
- Certified General Appraiser qualification.
Preferred:
- Advanced designations such as MAI, MRICS, CCIM, ASA, or AI-GRS.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Adobe; familiarity with Argus is a plus.
