About the Role

As a Real Estate Vice President, you will work with clients on various aspects of real estate including development advisory, portfolio strategy, investment analysis, asset management, and project feasibility. Your responsibilities will include managing client relationships, coordinating with economic development organizations, executing complex project financings, and contributing to consulting engagements by effectively communicating with stakeholders.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Development, Finance or related field.
Minimum 10 years of business or real estate investment, development, or consulting experience.
Experience with affordable housing programs and complex real estate development financing structures.
Experience with complex financial modeling and advanced Excel-based formulas.

Preferred:

ARGUS experience.
Prior responsibility for sales, business development, and client retention.
