About the Role
As a Rebate Associate, you will perform calculations and generate payments in compliance with executed reimbursement agreements, assist in process improvement initiatives, and support data governance. You will manage assigned accounts, ensure payment accuracy, and coordinate resources for cross-functional projects. Additionally, you will conduct variance analysis, maintain documentation, and support compliance and audit reviews.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's degree or 4 years of contracts and pricing experience.
2+ years of rebate processing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Preferred:
Experience with ModelN/Flex Revenue Manager in contract implementation and maintenance.
Familiarity with commercial contracting price protection methodologies.
