About the Role
As a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors and clients, manage office operations, and provide administrative support. Your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day office functions, handling incoming calls, assisting with mail and shipping, and supporting event coordination. You will also help onboard new hires and maintain a professional front desk environment.
About You
Required:
- 2-3+ years of experience in a receptionist, office coordinator, or hospitality/front-of-house role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
Preferred:
- Experience within the financial services sector.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Oracle.
