Summary
Esri is seeking a Receptionist, Support Services to join their Support Services team in Redlands, CA. This role focuses on providing excellent interpersonal support and communication to assist Esri's software user community.
About the Role
The Receptionist, Support Services will manage support inquiries via phone, email, chat, and online applications, ensure availability on local and toll-free lines, track and assess customer information using Lightning and SAP, create support requests, verify restricted accounts, create service contracts, participate in system testing related to call routing and CRM, analyze and disseminate trend information, train employees and customers on procedures, and assist with projects to meet business needs.
About You
Required:
- 1+ years of experience in a professional office environment
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external customers
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Creative thinking to develop the position and processes
- US Citizenship
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in GIS, business, or related field
- Knowledge of SAP or Salesforce
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM
