About the Role
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for answering and routing all incoming calls with professionalism, greeting visitors, sorting and distributing mail, and performing data entry work. You will support all departments within the facility and ensure smooth communication and operations.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare, specifically in the Long-Term Care Industry.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Ability to cultivate working relationships both inside and outside the facility.
- Ability to organize and ensure completion of multiple documents.
