About the Role
As a Recording & Document Specialist, you will be responsible for organizing and compiling data to ensure complete and accurate information, reviewing and verifying the accuracy of data, and balancing existing tasks while prioritizing new documents for recordation. You will also draft cover letters and request recording checks for documents that cannot be electronically recorded.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year experience in electronic recordation and/or filing.
Preferred:
- Notaries or candidates willing to become a notary.
