About the Role
As a Records Management Specialist 2, you will be responsible for administering and processing paper records management systems, assisting with electronic records management projects, conducting paper records file inventories, reporting technical problems, and supporting the development of response inquiries and metadata review using automated information systems.
About You
Required:
- Active Public Trust or higher Federal security clearance.
- High school diploma and one (1) year of records management experience.
- Experience with at least one automated information system and/or records or docket management.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
- Proficiency in using technology, specifically with Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite.
