About the Role

As a Recovery Agent, you will be responsible for towing vehicles as directed by management, repossessing vehicles in accordance with state and federal laws, returning vehicles to designated locations, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines, and performing other duties as assigned.

About You

Required:

Minimum of 3 years towing experience.
1+ years Recovery/Repossession experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record (must be at least 22 years old for insurance purposes).
Ability to operate a tow truck and other related equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
