About the Role
As a Recovery Associate, you will play a foundational role in the day-to-day operations of the Men's Transitional Living Program. Your responsibilities will include administering safety protocols, facilitating daily schedules, monitoring client engagement, and fostering a supportive environment. You will also respond to crises and support new admissions, ensuring a compassionate and structured atmosphere for recovery.
About You
Required:
- Previous experience in recovery or behavioral health settings.
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of substance use, mental health, or peer recovery support.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
