About the Role
As a Recovery Coach, you will be responsible for providing or coordinating covered services such as case management, outreach, crisis intervention, and counseling. You will work closely with clients to address their individual treatment needs and assist them in navigating the Title 36 civil commitment process. This position requires a commitment to supporting clients in their recovery journey within a structured outpatient team environment.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's or master's degree, no experience necessary.
- Associate degree plus two (2) years of behavioral health work experience.
- High School Diploma or GED plus Peer Support Specialist certification plus three (3) years of behavioral health work experience.
- High School Diploma or GED plus four (4) years of behavioral health work experience.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a Behavioral Health related field.
