About the Role
As a Recovery Coach, you will be a key player in integrating and supporting clients through their recovery journey. Your responsibilities will include providing support and intervention consistent with the client’s treatment plan, engaging clients in developing healthy connections, assisting in food preparation and supervision of meals, conducting rounds, and occasionally driving clients for off-site appointments.
About You
Required:
- At least 2 years post-high school education; Bachelor’s in Psychology preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting.
- Valid state-issued Driver’s License with safe driving history.
- Good communication and client relations skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a residential treatment setting.
- Flexibility and ability to work as a member of a team.
