About the Role
As a Recovery Specialist, you will directly supervise clients residing in a Rosecrance facility, helping them develop the skills needed to integrate into the community. You will participate in the delivery of addiction treatment services, implement therapeutic activities, and facilitate discussions to support clients in their recovery journey.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma
- Valid driver's license
- Skilled in behavioral management techniques
Preferred:
- Experience in addiction treatment or behavioral health services
- Ability to assist clients with accessing community services
