Volunteers of America Mid-States is seeking a Recovery Support Driver/Technician to join their team in Manchester, KY. The role involves transporting program participants to various locations and providing support within the Recovery Community Center.
About the Role
As a Recovery Support Driver/Technician, you will be responsible for safely transporting program participants to and from court, doctor’s appointments, and program activities. You may also assist with duties inside the Recovery Community Center, including event setup and monitoring daily operations. Your primary focus will be ensuring a secure and supportive environment for all participants.
About You
Required:
High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Minimum of 1 year of sobriety.
Ability to pass background check and driver record check.
Preferred:
Experience in a support role within a community service or non-profit organization.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
