About You
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience of 1 year working as an RSS, Behavioral Health Technician (BHT), Mental Health Technician (MHT), or direct care worker equivalent in behavioral health and/or substance use disorder treatment.
- Certification as a BHT, CADC, CRADC, CRS, CPRS, CFRS, or eligible.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with behavior modification and 12-step modality.
