About the Role
As a Recovery Therapist, you will maintain a case load of 22 adults with severe mental illness, ensuring their successful integration into the community through one-on-one counseling and group sessions. You will provide access to community resources, including mental and physical health professionals, rehabilitation, housing, and entitlements. Additionally, you will offer crisis intervention, including hospital admission and discharge support, and maintain documentation, program assessments, and Individualized Treatment Plans in compliance with OMH, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 1 year working with the mental health population.
- LMSW, LMHC, LCAT, or limited permit required.
- Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills.
