About the Role
As a Recreation Assistant, you will work under the supervision of the director to create and execute engaging activities for residents. Your responsibilities will include assessing residents' needs, adapting activities to their abilities, and ensuring a positive and supportive environment. You will be required to work full-time from 11am to 7pm, including weekends.

- Ability to handle residents based on their current level of ability.
