About the Role

You will also implement recruitment strategies, partner with hiring managers, and analyze recruitment data to identify trends.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 4+ years of related experience with recruiting and onboarding.
- Fluency in Spanish.
Preferred:
- Associate degree from an accredited college.
- Experience in call center recruiting.
- Excellent sourcing strategies.
