About the Role
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for assessing candidates for potential roles, partnering with business leaders to build recruitment solutions, managing headcount for client groups, and developing targeted recruiting initiatives to meet hiring goals. You will leverage analytics to enhance the hiring process and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
About You
Required:
- 5 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.
- 3 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.
- 1 year of experience recruiting at a technology company.
Preferred:
- 6 years of full cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting.
- 6 years of experience closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages.
- Experience solving problems and delivering significant impact as a contributor.
- Ability to grow customer relationship management and provide consultative skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build productive relationships.
- Strong accountability, work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
