DSG-Canusa is seeking a Recruiter for a 6-month fixed-term position in Fairfield, OH. The role involves providing recruitment support to ensure efficient and effective recruitment operations.

About the Role

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for posting job positions, maintaining accuracy of postings, acting as a point of contact for candidates and clients, and providing administrative support. You will also support the recruitment processes for salary and hourly employees, perform phone screens, schedule interviews, and ensure successful completion of pre-employment and onboarding activities.

About You

Required:

1–3 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on talent assessment.
Proven experience in high-volume recruitment for technical hourly roles, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Preferred:

Knowledge of local HR legislation and legal considerations related to hiring.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, such as SuccessFactors.
