About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3–7 years of recruiting experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial settings, with a focus on salaried employees.
- Proven experience managing full lifecycle recruiting for technical, professional, and managerial roles.
- Strong sourcing skills, including experience using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in hiring.
- Experience recruiting for engineering, operations, or technical roles in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
- Experience with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.

- Typical pay range: $95k–$120k annually (based on skills, experience, and qualifications).
