About the Role
As a Recruiter, you will work as part of a team to assist customers in their job search and retention efforts. Your responsibilities will include conducting one-on-one sessions with clients, facilitating workshops, providing case management and coaching, and coordinating with service providers to ensure clients receive necessary support. You will also review assessment documents, conduct outreach, and follow HRA policies related to vocational rehabilitation services.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in social services or a related field such as psychology, vocational rehabilitation, or occupational rehabilitation.
- Four years of direct customer service experience providing case management in a clinical or social service environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven team environment.
- Training or experience in motivational interviewing and care management techniques.
- Experience with publicly-funded programs, preferably Temporary Assistance for Needy Families.
- Knowledge of laws and regulatory requirements related to program responsibilities.
