About the Role
As a Recruiter at Jobot, you will be responsible for new business development, utilizing a custom-built ATS to recruit candidates, and fostering a respectful and kind work environment. You will leverage your sales skills to attract clients and ensure a successful recruitment process.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years of success as an agency recruiter in the Top 10% of your company with proven awards and accolades.
- Positive, driven personality.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required if you have the experience.
